Cancellation Policy - Subscription or Membership Programs

This Cancellation Policy applies to Application subscription or Membership Subscription Services provided by Mastery Insights Coaching Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates.

Current subscription services that are applicable to this policy are as follow:
• Mastery Insights Coaching Collective
• Mastery Accelerator™
• Mastery On Demand™
• Other Recurring Subscription Services or applications offered by Mastery Insights Coaching Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Due to the immediately accessible and consumable digital nature of the Application subscription and Member subscription Services, which includes downloadable materials, documents, tools, streaming videos, online training portal membership and subscriptions, and/or students and coaches interactions through online or video conference call sessions—unless otherwise stated:

ALL RECURRING MONTHLY OR ANNUAL PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND AS OUTLINED BELOW.

Refunds will ONLY be granted under the following circumstances: If the Application subscription or Membership Subscription Service is defective, undelivered, or not as described or misrepresented, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Google’s requirements.

No returns or refunds are otherwise permitted for Application or Membership Subscription Services.

To cancel your Subscription or Membership, you must notify us in writing at least five (5) days before the start of next Subscription Term using the appropriate functionalities within the Services Application or by email to our Support team per the corresponding services website or support@masteryinsights.com.

Due to the immediately accessible and consumable digital nature of the Application subscription and Member subscription Services, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months or for periods in which your subscription remains unused, except as required under the exception above.

The above Application and Membership Subscription Services are not an exclusive list for which this Cancellation Policy will be applicable. Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. reserves the rights to assign other programs and products against this policy and to update the above list without notice.

Mastery Insights Coaching Inc. reserves the right to amend its Cancellation Policy at any time.
