YOUR ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS.

Modification of your Order can be done within 24 hours from your purchase.

You must submit a request to modify your order within 24 hours from your purchase by email to support@masteryinsights.com.

To modify an order, please provide your order number, ticket registrant’s name and email, date, name of event and type of your ticket purchase you want to modify. While seat availability may be limited, we will do our best to process your modification request.

After 24 hours from your purchase, your ticket is considered as “confirmed”, and it is too late to modify it.
