Return Policy - Live Events

This Return Policy applies to Events Ticket Sales.

ALL EVENTS TICKETS SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW.

YOUR ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE, AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND AS OUTLINED BELOW.

If an event is cancelled by Mastery Insights and is not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method. To obtain a refund in the event of cancellation, you must contact the ticket seller who fulfills your order (hereinafter referred to as “FULFILLER”). The FULFILLER may require you to return the supplied tickets at your expense prior to issuing any refund to which you are entitled due to cancellation.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. In most cases, new tickets will not be issued. In the rare event that new tickets are required, you will be contacted directly by the ticket seller.

You may request a modification of your order within 24 hours of your purchase.
To submit a modification request, email support@masteryinsights.com within 24 hours of purchase and include your order number, ticket registrant’s name and email, event date, event name, and ticket type you wish to modify. While seat availability may be limited, we will do our best to process your request.

After 24 hours from your purchase, your ticket is considered as “confirmed”, and cannot be modified.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or rights under applicable law. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted where required by law, including for defective, undelivered, or misrepresented tickets.
